Buy Motorcycle Helmets Wholesale Online

All of your gear is important but the piece that has the most potential to save your life and keep your brain from becoming scrambled is your helmet. And that's where the largest part of our budget should go. You can also save money by buying motorcycle helmets wholesale online.

In some states wearing a helmet is still considered a freedom of choice and you get to pick whether you will or won't wear one. In other states and in most provinces wearing a helmet has become mandatory.

Statistics have shown that lives are indeed saved and the severity of injuries reduced. So although you might love the feeling of that hair in the wind you might want to rethink what's really important.

In a perfect world there would be no accidents and thus there would be no problem but this isn't a perfect world and statistically the odds of you being involved in an accident during your life of riding is 1 in 3.

So what are your options?

1. Beanie
A beanie provides a minimum amount of protection and it's better than no helmet at all but it's not great. It is very easy to put on and there is no vision blockages. The beanie is popular with the rebel look.

2. You'll get lots of noise because there is no ear protection and after awhile listening to the wind screaming can become really grating. It also doesn't protect you from bugs, dust, rain, or any other outside elements. This is not the best choice in helmets but it's better than no helmet at all.

3. Half Helmet
This style will protect you better than a beanie because it protects both the top of your head and the sides. It is easy to put on and side to side vision is very good. This style of helmet is much cheaper than a full face helmet and it still fits the rebel image but provides a higher level of protection.

Outside noise can be a bit of a problem especially wind noise. And there is no protection for your eyes, ears, nose, teeth, or chin. It also doesn't protect you from the bugs, dust, wind, or rain.

4. Open Face Helmet
The ¾ helmet will protect eyes, ears, neck, and head and offers almost the same protection as a full face. The ability to just flip up the shield is very handy making having a drink or grabbing a bite to eat much easier. The side to side vision is excellent with this style of helmet and it is much cheaper than a full face helmet.

It doesn't do a good job of muffling noise and it doesn't offer great protection for your teeth, chin, or nose. And compared to a full helmet you don't get quite as good of protection from the elements.

5. Full Face Helmet
This style of helmet provides optimum protection for your entire head and face. It also protects you from the weather and from bugs, dust, and flying rocks.

Taking the helmet off every time you want to have a drink or eat can be a bit of a pain. If you wear glasses this style helmet might annoy you too. But overall you can't loose with this helmet.

6. Flip Up Helmet
This style of helmet provides optimum protection for your entire head and face. It also protects you from the weather and from bugs, dust, and flying rocks. And the flip up face shield is great. Having a drink or grabbing a bite to eat doesn't require removing the helmet.

This style helmet costs even more than the full face helmet and it may not protect quite as well in an accident.

You can find a great selection of motorcycle helmets wholesale online so why shop any other way. All that's left to do is decide what type of helmet's for you.
